Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings:
  • Chopped nuts (walnuts, almonds)
  • Extra blueberries
  • Greek yogurt
  • Maple syrup drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven : Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish or similar size with butter or oil.
  • Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients : In a bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients : In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Step 4: Combine Wet and Dry : Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Gently fold in blueberries, reserving a few for topping.
  • Step 5: Bake : Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining blueberries and optional nuts. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Step 6: Serve : Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Serve warm, optionally with Greek yogurt, extra honey, or a splash of milk.
