Step 1: Prepare the Chicken: Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. In a bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat drumsticks evenly with seasoning mix. Brush lightly with BBQ sauce.
Step 2: Cook the Drumsticks: Grill Method (Best for smoky flavor): Preheat grill to medium heat. Place drumsticks on the grill, turning occasionally, for 25–30 minutes. Brush with more BBQ sauce in the last 5–10 minutes until caramelized.Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway. Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes for a sticky glaze.
Step 3: Cook the Corn: Grilled Corn: Brush corn with butter and place on grill. Rotate occasionally until lightly charred (10–12 minutes). Boiled Corn: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add corn and cook for 6–8 minutes. Drain and brush with melted butter.
Step 4: Serve: Arrange drumsticks on a platter, drizzle extra BBQ sauce on top. Place corn alongside, brushed with butter and sprinkled with salt or toppings.
