Ingredients

  • For the BBQ Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • For the Coleslaw
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Fries
  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Ribs : Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours until tender. Remove foil, brush ribs with barbecue sauce, and broil or bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10–15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  • Coleslaw : In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, carrot, and red onion. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss until evenly coated. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Fries : Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
