Ingredients

  • For the Beef Kabobs
  • 1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small yellow onion, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Marinade : In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to create a uniform marinade.
  • Step 2: Marinate the Beef : Add beef cubes to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Kabobs : If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Thread beef, bell peppers, and onion alternately onto skewers, leaving a little space between pieces for even cooking.
  • Step 4: Grill the Kabobs : Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place kabobs on the grill and cook for 10–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef reaches desired doneness and vegetables are slightly charred and tender.
  • Step 5: Serve : Remove kabobs from the grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot with rice, couscous, or a fresh salad.
