- 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for extra color)

- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
