Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Apple Topping:
  • 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Caramel Drizzle:
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat Oven u0026 Prepare Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  • Step 2: Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan to form a firm crust. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Step 3: Prepare Cheesecake Filling: In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined. Pour cheesecake filling over the baked crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Step 4: Cook Apple Topping: In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for 5–7 minutes until apples are tender but not mushy. Let apples cool slightly before evenly spreading over the cheesecake layer.
  • Step 5: Bake: Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Step 6: Add Caramel Drizzle: Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the cooled bars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
