For the Salad:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
For the Chicken Marinade (optional but recommended):
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
For the Caesar Dressing (homemade or store-bought):
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced

Prepare the Chicken: Mix olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken breasts and let marinate for 10 minutes. Grill or pan-sear for 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked. Rest, then slice thinly.
Make the Dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Parmesan, and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Salad: Chop romaine lettuce and place in a large serving bowl. Add Caesar dressing and toss to coat evenly. Top with sliced chicken, croutons, and Parmesan shavings.
