For the Wraps:
- 2 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch) or whole wheat wraps
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded (grilled, baked, or rotisserie)
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup croutons, lightly crushed (optional for crunch)
Optional Add-Ons:
- Sliced cherry tomatoes
- Crispy bacon bits
- Avocado slices
- Extra black pepper
Cook or Prep the Chicken – If using raw chicken, season lightly with salt and pepper and grill or pan-cook until golden and fully cooked (165°F internal temperature). Slice thinly. You can also use leftover cooked chicken or shredded rotisserie chicken.
Prepare the Lettuce – Wash, dry, and chop romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Pat dry thoroughly to prevent a soggy wrap.Mix the Filling – In a mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, chicken, Parmesan, and Caesar dressing. Toss gently until evenly coated.
Warm the Tortillas – Heat tortillas briefly in a dry skillet or microwave for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable.Assemble the Wraps – Place the lettuce mixture in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with crushed croutons if using. Add any optional extras.
Wrap It Up – Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up, tucking as you go to secure the filling. Serve – Slice in half diagonally for easier eating. Serve immediately for maximum freshness.
