4 large flour tortillas (10-inch; plain, spinach, or whole wheat)
Extra Caesar dressing, for drizzling
Shaved Parmesan, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken : Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temperature 165°F / 74°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the chicken thinly into strips.
Step 2: Prepare the Caesar Filling : In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently until well coated. Add sliced chicken and toss again lightly to combine.
Step 3: Assemble the Wraps : Warm the tortillas slightly on a skillet for 10–15 seconds to make them pliable. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon about 1½ cups of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center. Drizzle with a little extra Caesar dressing if desired. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
Step 4: Optional — Toast the Wraps : Heat a clean skillet or panini press over medium heat. Lightly spray with oil and toast each wrap for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden and slightly crisp. Slice each wrap in half diagonally before serving.
