Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional: use Greek yogurt for lighter option)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon smoked paprika for extra flavor

Instructions

  • Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
  • Prepare the Veggies: Wash and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice tomatoes and avocado evenly.
  • Prepare the Wraps: Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread ½ tablespoon mayonnaise or Greek yogurt on each tortilla.
  • Optional: Sprinkle smoked paprika on mayo for flavor.
  • Assemble the Wraps: On each tortilla, layer lettuce first, then tomato slices, avocado slices, and bacon. Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Roll the Wrap: Fold the sides slightly inward and roll tightly from one end to the other. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for presentation.
  • Serve: Serve immediately as a handheld meal or with a side salad, chips, or soup.
