- 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
- 8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp
- 2 ripe avocados, sliced
- 2 cups lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional: use Greek yogurt for lighter option)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: ½ teaspoon smoked paprika for extra flavor
Cook the Bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
