1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (or mozzarella for creamier texture)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Sauté Aromatics : Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft and translucent. Add garlic and sauté for another minute.
Step 2: Brown the Ground Beef : Add ground beef to the skillet and break it apart with a spatula. Cook until fully browned and no longer pink. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Add Mushrooms : Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until they soften and release moisture.
Step 4: Add Pasta and Broth : Pour in the beef broth and add the uncooked pasta. Stir well, then bring to a simmer.
Step 5: Cook Covered : Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is tender and most of the broth is absorbed.
Step 6: Add Cream and Cheese : Lower the heat and stir in heavy cream. Add Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and the sauce turns thick and creamy.
Step 7: Final Touch : Taste and adjust seasonings if needed. Garnish with chopped parsley.
