Step 1: Cook the Pasta : Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and toss with a little olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Shrimp : Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp, toss, and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Alfredo Sauce : In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté briefly. Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheese, whisking until smooth and creamy. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Combine Everything : Add cooked pasta and shrimp into the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top evenly with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 5: Bake : Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly with golden spots.
Step 6: Serve : Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
