Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb (16–20 pieces) cheese or meat ravioli, fresh or thawed if frozen
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Vegetable or canola oil for frying
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce, warmed
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Additional Parmesan, for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the breading station with three bowls: flour mixed with seasonings, egg mixture, and breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  • Dip ravioli into flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring full coverage.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry ravioli in batches until golden and crisp, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Remove and drain on a paper-towel-lined plate.
  • Serve hot with warm marinara sauce and extra Parmesan.
