Instructions
Roast the Potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
Prepare the Steak: While the potatoes cook, season steak bites generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the Steak: Add steak bites in a single layer (avoid overcrowding) and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant, then return steak bites to the skillet. Toss to coat in the butter sauce.
Combine u0026 Serve: Remove potatoes from the oven and toss them with the buttery steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
