Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)
  • 250 g (9 oz) ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic 2–3 minutes until softened.
  • Step 3: Add ground beef, season with oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Remove from heat.
  • Step 4: Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly layer cooked beef on top. Add fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Optionally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 5: Bake for 8–12 minutes until flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
  • Step 6: Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve hot.
