½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Red pepper flakes (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion and garlic 2–3 minutes until softened.
Step 3: Add ground beef, season with oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Remove from heat.
Step 4: Place flatbreads on a baking sheet. Evenly layer cooked beef on top. Add fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese. Optionally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese.
Step 5: Bake for 8–12 minutes until flatbread is crisp and cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
Step 6: Garnish with red pepper flakes and serve hot.
