Ingredients
  

  • For the Ground Beef
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Bowls
  • 2 cups cooked rice, couscous, or quinoa
  • 1 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley or dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  • Add garlic and cook briefly.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Season with oregano, cumin, paprika, coriander, salt, and pepper.
  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes to develop flavor.
  • In a bowl, whisk together all garlic yogurt sauce ingredients.
  • Assemble bowls with grains, beef, vegetables, sauce, and toppings.
