Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Lightly grease a loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
Soften the breadcrumbs: In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let soak for 2–3 minutes.
Sauté onion: Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion until soft, about 4–5 minutes. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Cool slightly.
Make the meat mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, sautéed onion and garlic, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Mix gently.
Shape meatloaf: Press mixture into the prepared loaf pan evenly.
Prepare glaze: Mix all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
Top and bake: Spread half the glaze over the meatloaf. Bake for 40 minutes.
Finish glazing: Remove from oven, spread remaining glaze, and return to oven for 15–20 minutes until fully cooked.
Rest: Let meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
