Ingredients
  

  • For the Salmon:
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each), skin on or off
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Garlic Green Beans:
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Make the Honey Soy Glaze : Whisk honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  • Step 2: Cook Salmon : Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, pouring glaze over salmon in the last few minutes.
  • Step 3: Sauté Green Beans : In a separate skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Add green beans and cook 5–7 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Step 4: Serve : Place salmon and green beans on plates. Drizzle remaining glaze over salmon and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
