Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3–4 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for mild heat)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • Cooking spray or a little oil for baking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  • Add flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix until fully combined.
  • Using a tablespoon scoop or your hands, shape the mixture into small balls.
  • Dip each ball into the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Arrange coated bites on the baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
