Ingredients
  

  • For Lemon Butter Garlic Salmon
  • 600 grams salmon fillets, skin removed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
  • For Cilantro Slaw
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • For Tacos
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cilantro Slaw : In a bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and salt. Toss well and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Cook the Salmon : Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Place salmon in the pan, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Cook until golden and flaky, then finish with lemon zest and juice.
  • Warm the Tortillas : Heat tortillas in a dry pan or over an open flame.
