- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
- 1 tsp dried oregano (or 1 tbsp fresh)
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (plus more for garnish)

Season and Sear the Chicken Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir well.Add Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
