Ingredients
  

  • For the Burgers
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef (preferably 80/20)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 8 mini slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for cooking
  • For the Special Sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon pickle juice for tanginess
  • Optional Toppings
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Pickles
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion slices

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to combine.
  • Form 8 equal-sized mini patties.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  • In a small bowl, mix all special sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • Toast slider buns lightly in a skillet or oven.
  • Assemble burgers by spreading special sauce on the bottom bun, placing the cooked patty, adding optional toppings, and covering with the top bun.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
