2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Slice the Baguette: Cut the bread into uniform 1/2-inch rounds for even toasting.
Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly coat each slice with olive oil to enhance crispness and flavor.
Toast the Bread: Place slices on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
Prepare the Olive Tapenade: In a food processor, combine black and green olives, capers, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and black pepper. Pulse until coarsely blended but not completely smooth.
Assemble the Bites: Spoon the tapenade onto each toasted baguette slice.
Add Garnishes: Sprinkle chopped parsley and optional grated cheese over the top for added flavor and presentation.
