  • For the Berry Filling
  • 3 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Cobbler Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For Serving
  • Vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the Oven ; Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a baking dish (8×8-inch or similar).
  • Step 2: Prepare the Berry Filling : In a bowl, combine mixed berries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla. Toss gently until evenly coated. Spread the berry mixture evenly in the baking dish.

  • Step 6: Cool Slightly : Let cobbler rest for 10 minutes before serving.
