- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 ½ cups Italian-style breadcrumbs (or panko for extra crunch)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for flavor)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Marinara Sauce:
- 2 cups canned crushed tomatoes
