Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough or homemade dough (enough for 12-inch pizza)
  • 1 cup cooked pulled pork (store-bought or leftover)
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce (your favorite variety)
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish
  • Optional toppings: jalapeño slices, pineapple chunks, or bell peppers

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, preheat it in the oven.
  • Step 2: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
  • Step 3: Spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  • Step 4: Evenly distribute the pulled pork over the sauce.
  • Step 5: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the pulled pork.
  • Step 6: Add sliced red onions and any optional toppings you prefer.
  • Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
  • Step 8: Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro or parsley. Slice and serve immediately.
