2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

½ cup chicken broth or white wine
1 teaspoon butter
Instructions
Prepare the Pork : Trim the pork tenderloin and pat it dry to ensure proper browning.
Make the Dijon Coating : Combine mustard, olive oil, garlic, herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth paste.
