Ingredients
  

  • For the Shrimp
  • 400 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the Crispy Croutons
  • 2 cups day-old bread, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • For the Salad
  • 1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • For the Caesar Dressing
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190°C. Toss bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
  • Step 2: In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Step 3: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Step 4: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to make the dressing.
  • Step 5: In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce with dressing and toss gently to coat.
  • Step 6: Top the salad with cooked shrimp, crispy croutons, and extra Parmesan cheese.
