Ingredients
  

  • For the Noodles and Shrimp
  • 8 oz (225 g) lo mein or spaghetti noodles
  • 12 oz (340 g) raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • ½ red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • For the Sauce
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Cook Noodles : Boil noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Step 2: Prepare Sauce : In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Step 3: Cook Shrimp : Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Step 4: Stir-Fry Vegetables : Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  • Step 5: Combine and Toss : Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked noodles and sauce. Toss and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
  • Step 6: Serve : Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
