Ingredients
  

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little kick)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Mix the Base In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat or stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Add Flavor and Veggies Stir in minced garlic, Parmesan, mozzarella, spinach (squeeze out excess water!), and chopped artichoke hearts. Mix until evenly combined.
  • Season and Assemble Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake and Serve Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top. Serve immediately while warm.
