  • ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

For the Poppy Seed Dressing:

  • ⅓ cup olive oil (or vegetable oil for milder flavor)
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
