Ingredients

  • For the Fruit Bowl:
  • 1½ cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries (optional, for color and contrast)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • For the Yogurt Drizzle:
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice or vanilla extract (optional, for brightness)
  • Optional Toppings:
  • 2 tablespoons granola or crushed nuts
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Fruits : Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them evenly. Peel and slice the bananas. If using blueberries or mint, rinse and set aside.
  • Step 2: Make the Yogurt Drizzle : In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and lemon juice or vanilla. Adjust the sweetness and consistency — if it’s too thick, add 1–2 teaspoons of milk or water.
  • Step 3: Assemble the Fruit Bowl : Arrange the sliced strawberries and bananas in a serving bowl or plate. Sprinkle the blueberries (if using) over the top. Drizzle the yogurt mixture generously over the fruit.
  • Step 4: Garnish and Serve : Sprinkle granola, nuts, or chia seeds on top for crunch. Garnish with a few mint leaves for color and freshness. Serve immediately and enjoy the creamy, fruity goodness!
