Ingredients

  • For the Frozen Yogurt:
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 3–4 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • Optional Toppings:
  • Fresh strawberry slices
  • Mint leaves
  • Granola or crushed nuts
  • A drizzle of extra honey

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Strawberrie : Wash and hull the strawberries. If using frozen ones, let them thaw slightly for easier blending.
  • Step 2: Blend the Mixture : In a blender or food processor, combine strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Step 3: Taste and Adjust : Taste the mixture — add more honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor or more lemon juice for tanginess.
  • Step 4: Chill the Mixture : Pour the mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid.
  • Step 5: Freeze : Freeze for 2–3 hours, stirring once halfway through to maintain a creamy texture. For a soft-serve consistency, freeze for about 1.5 hours.
  • Step 6: Serve : Scoop the frozen yogurt into bowls or cones. Garnish with fresh strawberries, mint, or a drizzle of honey.
