  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • For the Cream Cheese Layer:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • For the Strawberry Layer:
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • For the Whipped Cream Topping:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Mix crushed pretzels, butter, and sugar; press into a 9x13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes. Cool.
  • Step 2: Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla; fold in whipped cream; spread over crust.
  • Step 3: Cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thickened; fold in strawberries; spread over cream layer.
  • Step 4: Whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla; spread over strawberry layer.
  • Step 5: Refrigerate 3–4 hours before serving.
