Ingredients
  

  • For the Pizza Dough (Store-Bought or Homemade):
  • 1 lb (450 g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • For the Sauce:
  • ½ cup tomato sauce (store-bought or homemade marinara)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • For the Toppings:
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup black olives, sliced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
  • Prepare dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.
  • Prepare sauce: Mix tomato sauce with garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza base.
  • Add toppings: Layer spinach, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and olives over the sauce. Sprinkle with feta and mozzarella cheese. Drizzle lightly with olive oil and season with oregano.
  • Bake pizza: Place pizza in the oven and bake 12–20 minutes, until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  • Serve: Slice and serve warm. Optionally garnish with fresh basil or arugula.
