- 1 lb (450 g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
- For the Sauce:
- ½ cup tomato sauce (store-bought or homemade marinara)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the Toppings:
- 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup black olives, sliced
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional for extra cheesiness)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- Drizzle of olive oil
Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.
Prepare dough: Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or preheated pizza stone. Brush lightly with olive oil.
